This site has no accounts, no forms, no shopping cart, no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts. It sets no cookies. Its fonts are served from our own host, so no font or script provider sees your visit.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, including your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser's user agent string. This is needed to deliver the page and to protect the service against abuse. We do not use this data to build a profile of you and we do not sell it.

When you write to an address on this site, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We keep business correspondence for as long as we have a legitimate or legal reason to, including tax and company record requirements, then delete it.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to service providers who help operate the site and our email, and to authorities where the law requires it. Our website hosting and DNS are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Our email is provided by Apple Inc. Both process data on our behalf under their own terms.

The company is registered in the United States and is administered from Morocco. If you write to us, your message will be accessed from outside your own country.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, or to complain to your data protection authority. Write to admin@shiftgridlabsllc.com and we will respond within one month.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
